Hi, my name is Ashvani Kumar Shukla. I have been recommended by 20 SSB Bhopal on 27 april 2013. For the SSB interview I took guidance from Maj Gen.Ranjit Singh SSB Guidelines, Gurgaon. Here I improved a lot under Maj Gen Ranjit Singh sir himself. Psychological test,which are considered hardest by candidates, were conducted everyday and the copies were checked infront of us and we were told about the mistakes and how to improve them. And after 3-4 tests almost all of my mistakes were corrected. This practice also helped me in time management and I completed all the WATs and SRTs in SSB. In the Interview in SSB the tips given here helped very much. Sir also taught us yoga and golf facilities were also available. Which filled the blanks in my PIQ Form. My communication skill increased by the number of lecturettes and group discussion conducted here. Overall it helped me a lot and credit to my success goes to academy and the learned faculty of the academy who guided me.

A Word of Thanks to my guide for helping me to achieve my dream

my journey started with a great zeal to join the defence forces and to make my parents feel proud. i applied for Indian airforce through UES entry in pre-final year of my BTECH. beside coaching from one of the institute full of students, i was conference out, as these coaching just hide the real personality of the person and just speaks what is taught. I came to know about General Ranjit Sir and his way of guiding for SSB.i joined the guidance batch in feb2013. Sir helped and motivated me with his personal guidance. i gave 4 phycology paper, and he clearly showed me my mistakes and guided me to clear it in practical life. Most of the students are mis. guided by books in market. Sir gave us his personal edition, which is very wonderful in not only give tips for ssb but also ,how to develop officer like qualities. sir also taught YOGA to keep my body fit and mind relaxed. com. kataria sir helped me to clear all GTO doubts, motivated me to develop the confidence. Interview doubts were also cleared by ranjit sir. and i remmember the day sir said “from my side you are clear in ssb”. I appeared in airforce ssb in july 2013 , i got recommended ,and clearly i was able to analyse my performance. guidance just helps to reflect our true personality in ssb and Gen.raanjit sir was the perfect guide for me.

Its been more than a year that I started attending SSBs with a dream of joining Defense forces as an Officer.Till now I had already attended 4 SSBs n got conference out in all 4 of them.I had my next SSB coming within a month…this one for IAF.My previous results were lowering my morale.But one of my friend,who is also an alumni of this academy told me about General Ranjit Sir and his way of Guidance.I joined the academy and in this small time I had,he prepared me well for all the hurdles of SSB.Before I leave,he said…”You are ready.Aap selection wale candidate hain,Just be confident.All the Best”.I appeared for the SSB and yes,this time I got Recommended.That was hell of a relief I got,and this credit truly goes to Ranjit Sir and his Guidance.He helped me achieve what I was not able to in the past 4 attempts.Sir,you truly have been the best guide for me and I thank you from the deepest corner of my heart for helping me achieve my Dream.Thank you Sir.
